进口卫生级隔膜阀原理特点
卫生级隔膜阀采用加强硅橡胶，阀体经高速精加工抛光处理，光洁度达到Ra0.2um，绝对无菌、无孔角、广泛应用于生物、制药、电子等无菌要求很高的系统。
该阀膜片提供阀体密封和阀座密封，里面没有路径通到外部环境，所以该阀门适用于无菌过程。当阀门关闭时，支撑膜片的压力垫朝阀体上的密封面移动。当压力板移动时,膜片弯曲，被迫推向阀体中心的阀座区域，因此关闭了通向阀体的流体路径。阀体和压力板的相互关系，防止了膜片的挤压。

Machining
All of Thomas's two-way and specialconfiguration valve bodies are machined from 316L austenitic
tainless steel bar stock. No castings areused whatsoever.
Traceability
Thomas valves are fully traceable withMaterial Test Reports (MTRs) and Heat Numbers provided as
standard procedure.
